Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Area
We primarily ship within Germany. Additional EU countries may be added gradually; available destinations are shown at checkout.
Shipping Times
1–2 business days after payment receipt.
5–12 business days within Germany.
Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the shipping or destination location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional or shipping discounts will be shown there.
Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may send partial shipments for logistical reasons. This won’t incur any additional shipping costs for you.
Delivery Address and Delivery
- Please provide a complete and correct delivery address.
- Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped. Contact: contact@clubeboss.com.
- If you’re not home during delivery, the carrier will usually attempt redelivery or leave the package at a pickup location.
Undeliverable or Uncollected Shipments
Shipments returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address details, refusal, or failure to collect may be resent. Any additional shipping costs incurred may be charged.
Delays and Force Majeure
Despite careful planning, delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, strikes, customs, high demand). Such events are considered force majeure. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Transport Damage
Please inspect the package upon delivery. Report any obvious transport damage to the carrier and notify us immediately at contact@clubeboss.com, ideally with photo/video evidence.
Warranty and Withdrawal
Statutory warranty rights apply. Information on the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) can be found in our Right of Withdrawal and Returns and Refunds Policy.
Packaging Act (VerpackG)
We comply with the requirements of the German Packaging Act. Information on packaging return and disposal is available upon request from customer service.
