Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. For full details and a sample withdrawal form, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal page. This policy supplements but does not replace your legal rights.
2. Returns – Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and – where reasonable – returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- Keep proof of postage for your return until the refund is processed.
- Returns sent without prior contact may cause delays.
3. Return Process – How It Works
- Contact our customer service at contact@clubeboss.com, providing your order number, the item(s), and the reason for return.
- You’ll receive return instructions (including the return address) by email.
- Send the items back to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
- Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the items.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- We process refunds no later than 14 days after receiving the returned items or proof of shipment – whichever comes first.
- Your bank or payment provider may add extra processing time.
6. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are possible, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance at contact@clubeboss.com. Alternatively, we’ll refund the purchase price after the return, and you can place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence to contact@clubeboss.com. We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Used, washed, visibly worn, or damaged items (unless the damage was present on delivery).
- For hygiene reasons: unsealed personal care, cosmetics, or body-contact items.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Digital content after download or streaming has started with your explicit consent.
- Gift cards/vouchers (unless otherwise required by law).
9. Undeliverable or Uncollected Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we may charge additional shipping costs for redelivery. Refunds will deduct any incurred shipping fees, where legally permitted.
10. Delivery Times & Delays
Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days. We’ll proactively notify you by email in case of delays. Delivery times do not affect your legal rights, including withdrawal and warranty.
11. Refund Differences
For discounted items (sales/promotions), we’ll refund the actual amount paid. Shipping costs are only refunded if required by law or if the entire order is canceled within the withdrawal period.
