Orders and Account

How do I place an order?

Add the desired items to your cart and complete the purchase at checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm the order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

As long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can check for changes or cancellation. Please contact us immediately with your order number at contact@clubeboss.com.

I entered the wrong size/address. What should I do?

Contact us right away with the correct information. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days. After shipping, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout, including any promotional discounts.

Which countries do you ship to?

We primarily ship to Germany. Additional EU countries may follow. Available options are shown at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. After shipping, you’ll get a tracking number by email to check the status online.

I wasn’t home for delivery. What happens to my package?

The carrier usually attempts redelivery or leaves it at a pickup location. Undelivered packages may be returned to us; redelivery may incur additional shipping costs.

My delivery is delayed. What should I do?

First, check the tracking information. If there’s a significant delay, contact us at contact@clubeboss.com.

Returns, Withdrawal, and Refunds

Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Yes. Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Details can be found on our Right of Withdrawal page.

How do I return items?

Contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@clubeboss.com with your order number, items, and reason for return. You’ll receive return instructions by email and must send the items back within 14 days of notification.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the items.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect the return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, no later than 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment.

Which items are excluded from returns?

Among others: personalized items, unsealed hygiene products, digital content after download has started, and heavily used or damaged items (unless the defect was present on delivery). See our Right of Withdrawal and Returns and Refunds Policy.

The item is damaged/defective/incorrect. What now?

Please report it within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence to contact@clubeboss.com. We’ll provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

What payment methods are available?

Shopify Payments, credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. Available options are displayed at checkout.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through certified providers, and data is transmitted encrypted.

Are prices shown including VAT?

All prices include the applicable VAT. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Privacy, Legal, and Environment

How is my personal data processed?

Details can be found in our Privacy Policy, including cookies, analytics, and marketing tools in compliance with GDPR and TTDSG.

Where can I find the legal notice and terms?

Our Legal Notice (Impressum) and Terms and Conditions are always available on the website.

Information on Packaging Act (VerpackG)

We comply with the requirements of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG). Information on packaging return and disposal is available upon request from customer service.
